Sleep apnea and anti-depressants
I have been taking lexapro for 4 months and just found out sleep apnea is the cause my moodiness, short fuse and depression. Does anyone have a similiar situation? And if so, have you stopped taking anti-depressants after using the CPAP?

I have now used for 5 nights and no noticeable improvements
I have been using for 5 nights and I am still very tired thru out the day. I find my self falling asleep 2 to 3 times at work. I know the I have the mask on 90% of the night, yet I am not sure if I am seeing any benefits. My O2 is set at 2 and my CPAP is set at 10. Any reassurance that this will wor...

Need advice on what to expect
Im 31 and just found out I have sleep apnea the test showed an AHI of 59 with my lowest O2 @ 68% and an average of 81%. Last night was my second night on CPAP and my wife says I am sleeping better but I am not sure if I feel like that yet. Any advice would be nice.
