Re: Full mask with alternate air port location ?
It sounds like you are suffering from blowfish syndrome. Spend your spare time holding your tongue to the roof of your mouth, against your top teeth, then create a suction to hold it in place. This will help train your body to stop mouthbreathing and blowfish, you need to practice this any time you...

Full mask with alternate air port location ?
I am using a full mask with the air input port right in front of my mouth. This is blowing my lips wide open and drying the front part of my mouth out badly even with high humidity setting. I am wondering if they make a mask where the air blows across my face from the side or one where the port is h...

Then put a tennis ball in there. When you roll onto your back in your sleep it won't be comfortable and you will roll bac...

Re: How long to pay back sleep deficit?
I would like to post images of my SleepyHead data - which I just installed tonight, and used the awesome patch found on here to make work. Thank you so much for that! So dumb question, but how do I post images without having them posted somewhere online with an associated URL? Or is that required? ...

Taking mask off in sleep (Version 1001)
I know this has been a problem for many people and has been talked about MANY times on this forum, but I take my mask off in my sleep. I clearly remember dreaming it was time to get up and I took it off and shut off the machine. When I woke up because SO was making noise while leaving for work I fre...
