Re: Where can I get an Airsense 11?
My "guy" says these are really hard to get now. Do you know of a place that has them in stock? welcome to the zoo! apparently, they ARE scarce on the ground. a few people have shown up here who have purchased, perhaps they'll be kind enough to let you know from where. meantime, a quick google searc...

Re: AirSense 11 general questions
Hello @gosman, Congrats on your new AS11. 1. Any SD card will work. You're best getting one <32gb, but I've tested up to 256gb and they work fine. If the AS11 doesn't like the format (i.e., >32gb cards usually come formatted ExFat and the AS11 doesn't like that) then the AS11 will automatically refo...

Re: Resmed N30i Leaks
The large leaks are gone from your most recent chart, so that's good. But if you had to tighten the headgear to the point the P30i was painful, something's still wrong. It can take a lot of experimentation to find the best mask. You're on the right track trying different types, and different sizes, ...

Re: Resmed N30i Leaks
I'm using the small frame, but I have a small face. I'll make things a bit tighter, if my nose can handle it. Does the P30i have a better seal in general than the N30i? I found the P30i much more stable than the N30i -- the pillows tended to "move with me" more, avoiding the leaks I had with the N3...

Re: CPAP Supplier
I am again seeking a CPAP supplier for my supplies. I have two requirements: 1) They accept my insurance, MediCare and TriCare for Life. 2) I can talk to a human. They can be located anywhere as delivery will be by mail. All I need is the name of the company and a phone number. Patrick Harman 360-6...

Re: Resmed AirSense 11 adapter for SoClean 2 or 3
This seems like showing up at the Fire Department's door, and saying "I am going to light a bonfire in my living room, don't tell me it's wrong because I really want to do it." Like the Fire Department, I'm going to tell you "don't do that." Whether you ask me to or not. But to answer the questions:...

Re: ResMed cpap 10 vs the 11
The DME might bill out 1440 to Medicare but Medicare will NOT approve that amount and they only pay 80% of whatever amount they approve and then the patient (or their co insurance or supplement) is required to pay the remaining 20% of the APPROVED amount. Medicare will NOT ever approve any cpap mac...

Re: AirSense 11 Communication issues ??
How many "bars" does the cell signal indicator, top right of AS11 display, show? As @chunkyfrog said, the only way AS11 sends data to MyAir is via cellular. While the machine has a bluetooth modem, it appears (in my experience) to be used ONLY for the app to retrieve the AS11 serial number and "auto...

No, I don't. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. Congrats to those who beat the odds.

Re: Parts problems at ResMed?
I’ve seen a lot of discussion on this elsewhere…. Many people thought perhaps these were counterfeits or something, but Resmed reps responded saying the black vAutos are legit, that they switched to the black covers due to “material supply problems”.

Re: Resmed Airsense 11 - Where to buy ??
I advise extreme caution if you find an online supplier that SAYS they have an Airsense 11 for sale right now. There are tons of people using every "shortage" to scam people. In particular, the website linked in post #2 and quoted in post #3 above looks very suspicious. The site claims "no prescript...

Re: Airsense 11 filter
The CPAP is taking your room air....the air you breath all day long.....and filters it before entering the machine. How dirty is your room air? I have disassembled and cleaned a few pap machines from “clean” homes. Take a look at pap blower blades and internal passages after a couple thousand run h...

Re: Airsense 11 filter
Filters for the AS 11 are 2-1/32" x 15/16" (about 51mm x 24mm) as near as I can measure with calipers. I was able to find some of the Resmed brand "Standard" Air 11 filters (#39300, 1-pack) at an online supplier. I threw them away. They are not even close in density and thickness to the filter which...

Re: ResMed AirSense 11 - A sneak peak
I wonder what the USB port is for. I'm not sure I see a USB port - if you're referring to the rear view, to the right of the "no MR" sticker, that's the power port I believe. Nothing quite like making it proprietary. Looks like the same port as on the AirMini. The power port on the AS11 is ALMOST t...

Re: Tube cleaning
I have never cleaned my cpap tube... I typically always replace it between 3-4 months, and never had any problem with anything "growing" in it within that interval. Perhaps in a warmer climate there's more concern, with the tube being "warm" all day and residual moisture/bacteria getting together to...
