Re: Airfit F20
In such a case there is no air pressure build up in the mouth and consequently no cheeks fuffiness. However when you switch to a full face mask then the mouth get pressurized but you are not used to it. So the pressure in the mouth inflates the cheeks. You can overcome this Chipmunk appearance by d...

Re: Airfit F20
The issue is switching from a nasal mask to a full face mask. Where do you get this information? He only mentions FFMs in his post: The Airfit F20 for her Med just arrived and it is incredibly comfortable. This is for my wife who wears an Airfit F10 for her medium now. I have always worn a large ff...

Re: Should Trump Drop Out
I'm a Brit and we trust Hillary less than Trump... He's a bit of a chauvinist, but she is a nightmare, volunteering to defend a rapist and then ridiculing his victim in court to get him aquitted, then laughing in an interview at him beating a polygraph when she knew he was guilty. If you think abou...

Re: Sleep Position and APNEA
Since the collapse of the airway is the cause of obstructive apnea I would like to know also if anyone has had success by simply training themselves to sleep on their stomach. Why are you limiting your thinking to the stomach? The most common positional sleep apnea treatment is on the sides. For mo...

Re: Going to Bed Hungry
I've never had reflux, and I have never been overweight. I will not eat a steak in place of a small apple. Ridiculous.

Re: Going to Bed Hungry
A small apple for dinner will cause reflux? I don't think so, Julie.
And it is called reflux. Acid reflux is archaic and incorrect.

Now, take good care of yourself, Jim.
What time do you get up? How many hours per day do you sleep?
(I also like chili and ice cream.)

Going to Bed Hungry
When breakfast and dinner feel like enough calories for the day, I like to eat a very small dinner. Tonight it was one small apple. By midnight, when I go to bed, I feel hungry.
How does this affect sleep?
(My BMI is normal and I intend to keep it that way by eating appropriately and exercising.)

Re: Should Trump Drop Out
Trump made a big point when he said this to the black community in Louisiana.
I hope people start listening."You're living in poverty, your schools are no good. You have no jobs, 58 percent of your youth is unemployed, what the hell do you have to lose?" the GOP nominee said.
