Re: Why do you use CPAP?
No more snoring. Feeling generally better and preserving my health. This summer I experienced a power failure. A thunderstorm sent a lightning strike into the powergrid. Power failed at 4am and was not back before midday. I suddenly realized what the little machine do for me every night. I could not...

Re: So confused. What to do?
I tried a oral appliance for a couple of years. It did not correct my snoring or OSA. One of the effects was that my teeth needed to align every morning. It took about 15 minutes. I got APAP last december. My dentist made a proper nightguard in february. So far both OSA and bruxism are under control...

Re: Neti pots
I use the neti pot morning and night. Together wit the moisture of the machine keeps the nose open most of the year. Only fails when I have a cold.

Re: Hans Rudolph FF - First Night Report
I got the Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 about 4-5 weeks ago. There was a local representative that did the fitting. She recommended the petite size. i started using it and leaks were almost nil. BUT my nose a disaster. Pimpels and pain. I found out that the higher on the nose it was, the better it worked. So...

Re: question about chinstrap and teeth grinding
Hi Dreaming, I`m three months down the CPAP road. Had to go to the dentist about four weeks back. Work had to be done so my night-guard had to be remade. Sleep without it was unstable at the best. Got it back about a week ago. Suddenly sleep returned. I do not use a chinstrap, but a FF mask that ext...

Re: Does this pillow exist?
Hi I found a pillow that works with my Quattro™ FX Full Face. It is called the Ultra CPAP Pillow. You can get it in several varieties. We use the one in memoryfoam. (My wife also have this). When I sleep on my side (which I always do) the mask hang in the space provided. It has to be measured very a...

Re: Do I have some form of Apnea (CSA, OSA, CSR)
Hi, I listened to your video. It is difficult to hear if there are apneas or popneas in that. I have beeb in bed with my wife for 22 years. Just this year I thought I heared her having a stop in breathing at night. She has CPAP now. When that was established, I the, snorerer in the family, was the s...

Re: Quattro FX - what is the right fit?
I`m a newcomer in this, but it seems that the method I have picked up from the technician and the internet works. Been at this for ten days so I`m a true expert. When I put on the mask I tighten the top straps just so the mask touches the bridge of my nose. Then I tighten the lower straps so the mas...
