Re: New CPAP issues and rainout. HELP!
I use the same machine S8, and all i did was change the humidifier setting(H4i) to "1", and the rainout is gone. When the weather warms up i set it to "3", and that works for me. I use the FX nasal pillow system. Try that. Good luck!

I am using a muscle relaxer now along with a pain reliever. It does not cause any problems for me, just relaxes me. I am still able to use my cpap.

Re: Melatonin? Try Ativan?
I tried Melatonin, it did not help much. Now taking something called Ativan, works much better, it calms you down so you can fall asleep.

Re: Questions about my new equipment/nasal pillow
I usually air dry all of my equipment, with no problems. By the way how do you get all of your info to appear at the end of your post(type of machine, humidifier used, nasal pillows used, etc)? I click on all the stuff but do not know how to submit so it appears automatically!

Re: tube rainout!
Thanks for all the replies! I turned down the setting on my heated humidifier to "1" and the rainout was not there last night. Lets see how tonight is. I use a resmed elite series 2 machine and the resmed fx nasal pillow system, with the humidifier.

tube rainout!
Anyone out there dealing with water forming in your tubing on nasal pillows? I use the resmed fx nasal pillows system. Also have a problem with phlem forming in my throat. I do use a humidifier-heated.
