Before treatment of CPAP, my SaO2 was 85%, that made me sleepy from morning to afternoon. I think 88% is poor and need treatment.

Try asking your doctor whether prozac or deanxit dragees are suitable for your condition. Both of them are treatment option to panic and anxiety, but they are not sedatives.

I had a better sleep with fewer leakage events last night with SleepWeaver advanced.
The important tip is hose management, arrange the hose as the instruction DVD's demo.

Most masks will work okay with side sleeping and pillows *IF* they are fitted properly. The main problem is that it is difficult to fit a mask, especially for a beginner. Some of these masks may not fit you no matter what you do, or they may fit you well, if adjusted a little differently. Please te...
