Re: Getting discouraged....can't get a mask that won't leak!!!

I too have trouble with leaks. My best success has been to tie hose up with rubber band so it comes over my head. Invested in a buckwheat pillow that also made a world of difference

I too just did my first 90 days. My DME has me log on to their website and send info to them that way. Might want to ask.

Pillow for your head

I am a mouth breather and mostly side sleeper the leaks created from tossing or turning need to end. Has anyone used a "cpap" pillow with the cutouts on the sides? Do they work? are they firm? jus...

My lawyer tells me daily you cant do that,my accountant says you can't afford that. The best part is both gladly stand with hands out and collect the fee...

humidifier question

I live in an area where there is still a bottled water shortage. There is still no distilled water on shelf. I have been using tap water run thru a charcoal filter, is there a better way to come close to distilled water?

Re: Finally a small victory

Thanks for support. I have not had the wow I feel great day yet. I have been sleep deprived for many years from snoring like a chain saw and work as well. I am very optimistic that therapy will work, for all good things take time.

Rant I feel taken advantage of

I feel very taken advantage of from my cpap supplier. I did follow advice and am using the DME with my sleep center for my first one. They are working with my insurance company and only renting the machine for 3 months then I have the privilege of buying unit at a reduced cost. The worst of it is th...
