From "outside the box" it may be that you have changed the way you manage your hose. The pillows will cave in if the hose gets pulled in an off direction. Agreed. Also have the Swift FX and it has a loud vent when it comes up against sheets/etc. Do you have any kind of hose management? I find that when the hose hangs overhead with the swift, it helps keep the vent upward.
