Sorry for your problems. I guess everybody here has gone through this major adjustment challenge, and very specific problems they had to solve. Just my opinion, but backsleeping is an absolute no-no. Good to see someone whos treated successfully. Ive learned that those night awakenings can frequently be cpap, or they can be other issues such as adrenal problems, nighttime panic attacks, or just plain eating too late in your day. I guess it depends on the person.
