Im thinking about using provent for when im travelling. Anyone have experience with it?

I have used the resmed and respironics chinstraps, what are some other ones you like or have experience with? There are some pretty cheap ones on ebay...

My dme wont send me more than one filter and one cushion at a time. Some others i have spoken with say they get their supplies for 3 or 6 months At a time. Does it have to do with insurance? Or is my dme just lazy?

Im just curious what the norm is. I didn't get any bills or have to pay anything until about 6 months after receiving the machine.

Would hippa apply to an sd card download? Can it be sent in the mail or email?

What is the typical procedure as far as copays? Do DME's usually charge set up fee's and/or co pays before or at time of set up? Or is it billed after set up?

Do the dme's always give you a brand new machine, or are they used?

Im curious, when you were set up with your xpap machine, who conducted your set up? Respiratory therapist? Cpap clinician?
Also, did you go to the dme office? Or did they come to your home?
