Okay will try suggestions. I could find some things on the LED (CD?) screen, but didnt find them helpful. Perhaps the manual will help- I will look at that right now. Common to be depressed after a couple of weeks?
Hi all Newbie here of course. I posted a couple of weeks ago about how I was really trying to deal with my sleep apnea and CPAP and my daytime symptoms (moodiness, afternoon torpor, etc) was getting better, but not miraculously. Thanks for ALL suggestions on un-slippifying headgear - even the hilarious ones!
I did get this rubbery mat stuff that I cut and sewed onto the strap that goes against my hair- it seems to be working so far. I was also looking at the PapCap or having a friend that sews fashion something for me.
