Soolantra 1% Topical Cream
I am a mouth breather—also can’t swallow large pills (throat damaged)—and no, I do not tighten mask straps too much. FFM’s not kind to my face. In the past a FFM has caused open lesions on my cheeks (my fault for not stopping sooner). Finally got from the dermatologist something new to try—Soolantra...

Re: ResScan not downloading requested infomation
Thanks for the replies. I have SleepyHead. I like some parts of the SleepyHead better than some parts of ResScan. I like some parts of ResScan better than some parts of SleepyHead. SleepyHead is working fine. ResScan did work fine--it does not now. I would like to fix ResScan. At 93 if I say that I ...

Re: Windows 10 and SD Cards
Thanks, palerider.. Your post said you were sending three links but only one showed up. My searching skills are not very good. I have spent two to three hours trying to find how to put excerpts in a yellow background when posting to this forum, with no luck. Do you have, off the top of your head, a ...

Re: Windows 10 and SD Cards
Sorry. Made the wrong assumption that if I couldn't find and print it, it had not been saved.. I just now opened SH and the results for March 10 (which is the one I downloaded Thursday morning) came up but I don't see any way to print from SH.. We cannot open the files in backup. Is there another pr...

Re: Windows 10 and SD Cards
After following the instructions on palerider's link, no more "Invalid SD Card" screens on Windows 10. But--Sleepyhead does not save the downloaded information now. Are the changes that cure the invalid card problem preventing the downloads from being saved? Have searched the forum but have been una...

Re: Windows 10 and SD Cards
Thanks for the replies. Some answers to questions and some recapitulations. 1. The SD card is 1 gb. It had worked for years (with Windows 7) going between the VPAP and both ResScan and Sleepyhead. 2. With the advent of Windows 10 after downloading to the computer, putting the card back into the VPAP...

Re: Windows 10 and SD Cards
Thanks for all the replies. First I tried what I thought was the simplest, the following from robysue: You can test whether a card reader is not recognizing the mechanical lock switch by doing the following, preferably with an SD card that does NOT hold your CPAP data: •Get an SD card that preferabl...

Windows 10 and SD Cards
Now that I can access SH, my problem has shrunk to Windows 10 and SD cards. I can download data on the SD card (write lock on) in either ResScan or SH--no problem. When I put the card back into the S9 VPAP Auto after removing it from a Windows 10 computer, however, I get the "Invalid SD Card" messag...

Re: Sleepyhead--Does Not Bring Up Detailed Graphs
I bought and tried a new card reader (did put the write lock on before inserting the card). Regret to say that I received the same message when I put it back into the S9 VPAP Auto: invalid sd card.
Short of trying to reinstall Windows 7 I have no idea of what to try next.

Re: Sleepyhead--Does Not Bring Up Detailed Graphs
Thanks for the replies. The computer is a 64 bit that automatically will use 32 bit when needed. Versions tried: Windows Automatic Installer 9.9.8-1-T3 and windows Manual Installation 0.9.8-1-T3 both 32 and 64 bit. Each previous version was uninstalled before trying the next one. There have been no ...

Sleepyhead--Does Not Bring Up Detailed Graphs
ResScan will read and display the detailed graphs available from a ResMed S9 VPAP Auto. Have tried three different downloads of Sleepyhead---all did fine with the summary but no detailed graphs. I have searched and found instructions how to. arrange the detailed graphs, but it is hard to arrange som...

Re: Sudden appearance of Clusters
Thank you for the post. I used 13/9 about a week ago; and while the cluster wasn’t as large as the one I posted, there was still a good size cluster. Will try EP higher tonight. There have been no changes in habits nor lifestyle. Chin straps do me no good. They can keep my jaws closed, but my lips p...
