can any of you fine folks help me to post my sleepy head data and then more importantly go through it and help me to understand it?

it seems to stay around 185, way too high. yes not happy with my doc, but have been with him a long time, may need a speacilist to help. i cant stand it being that high, he has changed my meds a bunch over the last couple months and its not helping still too high
