My Sleep doc told me that i might feel just as tired or even a little more tired for a few months after starting therapy, but as long as I kept on it there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Something about repaying sleep debt.

All Distilled water really is, is water that has had the minerals stripped out of it. Its more sterile and makes it harder for algea to grow. Even though algea can grow from it, its much harder. As long as you clean your machine tubing and mask on a regular basis and change the water out every night...

My sleep center gave me a pamphlet with some of the symptoms and what to expect. One of them was sore chest. Yes, I was looking at the display because I havent had time to install any software or really play yet. I work nights so I did goto sleep at about 10:30am, then woke up shortly before 5pm.

I was just Diagnosed with Hypersomnia due to OSA, And I must say thank god for this Machine. It just sucked that during the sleep study I was able to finally sleep for a night on the machine, then had to wait a week to actually get one. Oh well, my Question. I was able to pick a resmed S9 Elite CPAP...
