Re: headaches

My headaches feel like pressure everywhere I will loosen the mask tonight . Maybe the pressure on my nose is causing headaches. I talked with DME today and made an appointment for Monday. She wants to increase the humidity, thinks it has something to do with my sinuses and I do have sjogren's syndro...

headaches

I have had my machine about 6 weeks and am still having trouble with headaches that I didn't have before starting CPAP. Also still have red sore bridge of nose. I wish I would have written a log of the things I have tried, that haven't worked or improved the situation. I tried the pillow that the CP...

Re: Severe Sleep Apnea Fybromyalgia Arthitis Dream Connections

I have a hard time being comfortable so that I can fall asleep. (also take sleep meds) My sleep apnea is caused from a small airway and it bec...

Re: ResScan VERSION 4.1

Thanks for your input. How do I use this to check my readings or can I. It appears that it can be used to send information to provider. My provider said I could come in anytime and she would give me a copy. Maybe that is what I need to do...???

Re: ResScan VERSION 4.1

Is this download designed for use of a professional and it is ok for us to download it. I am confused. I put my card into my computer and it downloaded something that I assume is not my graph readings. Do I use this ResMed download to be able to acquire my readings. I am new to all of this so please...

Re: Sore and Swollen Face

I think you are right about it being too tight and that is my fault as I tightened it after it was fitted to me. I loosened it some but will do more tonight. I kept thinking it needed to be tighter to stay in place. I don't have any trouble with the air pressure but just skin to mask issues. Glad to...

Sore and Swollen Face

Hello everyone! I am so excited about finding this site! I was diagnosed with OSA in August and received my machine August 21, 2012. During my lab test my oxygen went down to the lower 80 percentile. I was really enthused about the possible results of using my machine as the person that I knew that ...

Re: Aromatherapy

essential oils compromise the plastic materials. I have a filter on my mask and am going to use a drop of essential oil on the filter. I use doTerra oils. They are the purest and they have several suggestions for colds etc. Their "on guard" mix guarantees killing 99% of germs. You could also use it ...
