Hi, @ MidnightOwl: Yes it's hard because the shift are for seven days and nights so my body adjusts after three days and then the following change is very difficultthe For example night start at 22 PM to 6 AM for seven nights, morning start at 6 AM to 14 PM for seven days and at last afternoon start...

Hello, I use light therapy because i work in shift it'a s also Jet Lag. I don't like to stay 20 or 30 minutes sit down on a chair by a lamp.
