Re: Backpacking, Hiking and Camping - the PowerAdd Pilot Pro
Apologies for bumping an old thread. I haven't been on here in awhile since I feel pretty much sorted with CPAP (knock wood). Once again, thanks to all who offer expertise here. I bought the PAPP after reading this thread and did about two months of bicycle touring last spring. I used a Respironics ...

WTB: TAP PAP mask (got one, thanks!)
I don't have insurance and would really like to try this mask. I'm not squeamish about a used mask as long as everything is in good condition.
Anyone have one (ideally with the newer mouthpiece) they'd like to sell?
Rest well,

FS: DIY (no insurance) setup, APAP, card reader, oximeter
Hi. I lurked here for a bit and then pretty quickly got sorted with my xPAP. I never did get a sleep study (1+ month waitlist and cost were big factors) but with help from the archives here I got an AutoPAP with full data, card reader and oximeter (the oximetry data without xPAP was particularly ala...

I researched machines here for awhile before purchase and was careful to buy a Remstar Pro (not Plus). I think it's basically the previous version of yours. The LCD shows AHI and leak data (after I accessed the secret setup menu). So I think I'm good on the machine but I do appreciate your comment.

New to all this, data collection help please
Hi. Earlier this year I slept on the couch of a doctor friend and the next morning he said, "You should really get that apnea checked out." My sleep and restfulness seem related in part to allergies but the measures I've been using are somewhat crude (memory of dreaming, general feeling of fatigue)....
