Re: Can back pain/stiffness cause centrals/PB?
NLJT and Pugsy -- thank you for the explanation of PB. I, too, have zoomed in on SH Flow Rate data in a vain effort to understand what was going on, and sure enough, my data look similar to the chart you posted NLJT. I've wondered what it meant (the CAs occur to the left of the spikes, so symmetrica...

Re: Lansinoh
What a great product! I use a FF mask, and put it on my lips every night to keep them moist. Great on cuticles, eyebrows -- but I wouldn't use it on my face. If I'm not careful about nighttime cleansing regimen, I will develop acne from the mask straps.

Re: Got dianosed with severe obstructive, have questions
Nimbus -- welcome. I wish I would have queried this forum before purchasing my first CPAP machine 1 1/2 years ago -- you're doing the right thing. As for me, my CPAP education cost $1100 out of pocket (see below). There's lots of good information here, and I've learned PLENTY by just reading and tro...

MerMade -- I see you live in North FL, so lack of humidity is not an issue for you -- but if you need moisture for your skin, Lansinoh is wonderful. I use it on my lips and around my nostrils and anything else that can tolerate ointment consistency.

Re: Pugsy
I'd just like to add my thanks as well. Pugsy, I've begun to scan for your posts -- they're always helpful and I feel I can rely on your information. Thank you for all your help and advice; because of you I've learned more here than from my doctor's office. The Talmud says that (and I paraphrase her...
