I'm actually happy to say I'm getting 5-6 hours of sleep a night, though not continuous. That's much better than I used to get before lowering my stress level and starting CPAP therapy.

Hard to say, some find mask liners helpful, some don't. Nothing worked for me, including liners, so off came the full goatee and I never looked back.
