As Angela (aka AbbyNormal) has no doubt told you, it can be a bit bumpy at first finding the right equipment and getting used to it, but the health benefits are so worth it. Oh and I don't have any equipment (<-- easy joke, just stop) yet but my avatar shows the last sleep study done Monday 8/27. I meet with the doc on 9/10 so they can give me the low down to getting a good nights sleep... Ambien no longer has ANY effect on me at all (wth).

Big time NOOB in the house!! I was directed here by Angela (many thanks)... about to start my CPAP journey. I didn't even fool around, during my second study, I said "full mask, let's do it". That had to be the best 6 hr sleep I've had all year, even with all of the sensors. My daughter saw the pic ...
