Do I need to make an adjustment with my machine and up my pressure or should I stop using the AirFit? I like ...

Zeo question

I got a Zeo mobile yesterday. Will the light blink all night? Is there a way to turn the headband off during the day? Are these common to the mobile over the bedside model? The blinking light is disruptive. I looked on the Zeo site but couldn't find the information.

Re: Starting CPAP Tomorrow

Make sure you get a machine that is data capable. Some machines just record compliancy hours. By getting a data capable machine, you can monitor your sleep on your own. I wish you the best. I definitely agree that all the wires are the problem. The lab and the techs were secondary.

Re: Is This True?

I had to beg for a sleep study. I knew I had problems. My sleep tech was a young man but was totally professional when "hooking" me up. It didn't bother me at all that he watched me sleep. I will also admit I am a very private, old fashioned person. All I was interested in was getting a machine.

Re: Detecting UAR with a ZEO ?

Since you bring the question up about flow limitation and RERAs, Sleepyhead shows I a fair amount of RERAs. I know the definition but is a large number a problem and what is the solution for them? Also, can you tell me what you are looking for in the flow limitation graph?

Re: Pulse Rate events WHY? importance?

I am curious about this also. Although I don't have an oximeter, Sleepyhead tells me I have lots of pulse events. What do they mean?

When I log in to Sleepyhead, it shows an update but it always fails when I try to upgrade. Any ideas?

I got one of the mouth guards at Sears. It was $4.99 but no shipping.
