Does drink make a difference then?

I don't drink normally but was all inclusive so did have a few beers every night

Don't think here in England we have sleep studies anymore, just take a oxometer home for 2 nights then pickup auto cpap machine for 6 week study if diagnosed, this is for severe SA

After 6 week study they check results and either you keep the machine or hand it back.

I have exactly the same setup except no humidifier, I am still getting used to using it at night and so far in the last 9 nights I have managed an av of 3.4hrs per night.
