Re: Dent in my head from the straps
I have exactly the same problem. I use the airsense p10 and just try and keep the strap in different places (like the back strap up in my hair and the front one more forward) so that over time the dent isn't as much. It feels a little alarming when you first discover it but like people have said, it...

Re: copy from airsense sd to dreamstation sd
Every time I run Sleepyhead it tells me it has to update to a newer one so it can import the data and then tells me that I've got the latest one. For some reason it's very finicky on my machine which is just a standard Windows 10. So I will just have to give both cards to the rt. Thanks for the input.

Re: copy from airsense sd to dreamstation sd
Thanks for the information. I think I'll just put it on another card and give it to my R.T. It's really just for her information and to demonstrate my compliance to Kaiser. As long as her machine can read it, it probably doesn't matter what it's on. I'm really sad to give the Airsense back because I...

copy from airsense sd to dreamstation sd
Hi all, I'm going to return my Airsense 10 and stay with my Dreamstation auto cpap. Can I copy the data on the resmed sd card to the data on the Dreamstation or will that erase the data that's on the Dreamstation or do I need to copy it onto a separate sd card. If the latter will any sd card do or w...

Re: airsense 10 and sinus pain
The pain takes a little while to develop. It's not instantly but maybe noticeable after about 1/2 hr or so.

Re: airsense 10 and sinus pain
Mostly maxillary. Not the nostrils themselves but the passages going from the nostrils to the maxillary as far as I can tell. And it' s worst on the empty side, not on the more full side although bad on both. Here's the thing. It only happens on the Airsense 10 and not on the Dreamstation although t...

Re: airsense 10 and sinus pain
I turned up the humidity because I thought that perhaps dryness was causing the pain. I didn't turn up the temp on the heated hose, just the humidity. The problem in having is not so much with congestion but with a dry painful burning sensation. In not getting it on the Dream station only on the airs...

airsense 10 and sinus pain
I am trying a new Airsense 10 auto cpap that I bought and set up myself. In many ways I prefer it to the Dreamstation auto cpap. I like that the screen faces me instead of away and the algorithm works fine for me. And despite the official claims it's definitely quieter than my Dreamstation. But it b...

Re: AirSense 10 auto install instructions
Thanks JimW. I'm quite anxious about doing this since it is so frowned upon by the dme but as I'm not buying it from them and can't set up a meeting with them when I need to I figure I'd better go ahead and try.

AirSense 10 auto install instructions
I just ordered an Airsense 10 auto for her machine which I expect to get by next week. Unfortunately I will only see my rt on the 20th and then leave for a two week business trip the day after. Is it possible for me to do the clinical set up myself and then have her check it when I see it. I have th...
