Thanks for the suggestions. I actually had to google the winter stocking cap suggestion. I had never heard that term in my 60 years. Found out it is a torque. Guess my Canadian is showing. Lol lol

It doesn't seem to matter which nasal pillow mask I use, I can't seem to keep it from sliding up and off the back of my head. I hate having to sleep with my hair in a ponytail every night to keep the mask strap secured under the tail. It's wrecking my hair plus it's very uncomfortable to sleep on yo...

Can't use nasal pillows and need new mask suggestions
