Need some advice please. I have had this unit for a few days after using regular masks for a year or so. The amount of air flowing out of the vent is very strong. I have to put a pillow between my wife and I. I lowered the pressure to 8.0 but it is still strong. No leaks around the mask itself. Help?

Been using the pilario for 4 nights now. Fit is a bit different, but I like it. BUT - it is blowing lots of air out at the elbow. We have to put a pillow between my wife and I. After using 4 other masks, we never saw this much airflow. Wondering if I have a defective unit? Downloaded Sleepyhead soft...

Just got this unit. Seems great, but a big problem. Wondering if I have a defective unit. There is a very high level of air blowing out at/near the elbow. It is not leakage from the sides. Been on CPAP about a year with 4 different masks, so aware of some airflow.

Help?
