Auto Leak was on, I turned it off & viola`!! I now have Smart Start.

Well - I did find Smart Start under Options but it's greyed out & can't be set. Rather strange I think unless there's something else that needs to be turned on/off to allow it to be selected.

Thanks for the info but I just went through every line item 3 times & there's no Smart Start in either the user or clinician settings.
What sub-menu would it be under? I'm pretty sure I hit everyone of them as well.

Greetings - I just received a new Aircurve Bi-Pap yesterday & supposedly it'll start after the mask is on & I start breathing. My previous Bi-Pap (Respironics) would start after three or four breaths & I found it quite handy. I know how to access the clinician settings screen but can't find anything...

Thanks for the great information. I cobbled together a fleece forehead pad a few years ago but the one from Pad A Cheek is just what I was looking for.
