Re: Amazed at the results....

Oh good feedback about the AHI vs RERA. I was also very low, like 0.9 AHI or something. But RERAs were waking me up on average 22 times per hour. Eventually, I believe I will start to feel better. Just keep putting that thing on every night.

Re: Amazed at the results....

Wow that is really awesome. I'm happy for you and just a tish jealous! I've been at it since July. I went in for the study because I was exhausted all the time and husband said I was snoring. I was fairly compliant the first couple of months, keeping it on at least 6 hours a night, but not noticing ...

Re: How long to pay back sleep deficit?

Yes bjcyorkiemom it's a struggle. Do you have Yorkies by any chance? Cute! I'm 43, I have a job that is stressful at times. I'm glad I finally got the software downloaded, because it helps me to have graphs and stuff... as soon as I understand it all. I like to see my goals being met on the screen, ...

I don't know how to interpret most of this Sleepy Head stuff so if you're willing, I'd love some help. Cheers!

Re: How long to pay back sleep deficit?

I would like to post images of my SleepyHead data - which I just installed tonight, and used the awesome patch found on here to make work. Thank you so much for that! So dumb question, but how do I post images without having them posted somewhere online with an associated URL? Or is that required?

Re: How long to pay back sleep deficit?

Sign me up for the one with sleeping pills, pain killers and appetite suppressants!! I promise to comply. My AD: 300 XL Wellbutrin. Taken in the evening bc of I was having some dizziness, she recommended evening instead of morning. I don't notice a difference. The only thing I've found so far is tha...

How long to pay back sleep deficit?

Hello. I've been at this CPAP thing since July. Very low leaks, low events, etc. I'm normally in bed for at least 8 hours a night, last night it was 10. I'm fairly decent at keeping it on, some nights it's just 4 hours, most nights it's 5-6, last night it was 8 hours. I am still completely exhausted...

What is best long hose that is bendy?

Hi everyone. I'm shopping online for hoses. I have a 6' one and I think a longer one would be better. The hose I got from the doctor is kind of hard to manipulate so I've been using one that my husband had, and it's easier to wrangle. I don't know what brand it is, but it's gray and not see-through....

Re: I'm doing "beautifully" HAHAHAHA

I need to find the time and bite the bullet and get the card reader and SleepyHead or whatever, so I can start looking at my data to see if I'm leaking. It "seems" like I'm sleeping well. But I'm still really tired. OMG so tired of being tired. I should call in to the techs and find out if they are ...

Re: I'm doing "beautifully" HAHAHAHA

Okay I got a Swift FX and am using extra small pillows. And it comes in pink for girls! I've used it two nights now and I really really like it. It takes me about 5 minutes to get used to exhaling against the pillows - maybe that is how long it takes for my machine to figure out my breathing? I don'...

Re: I'm doing "beautifully" HAHAHAHA

The full face mask was sort of my idea, but only because the night of my sleep study, the tech tried the pillows for, like, 2 minutes, while I was awake before going to sleep. And I was opening my mouth because I felt like I couldn't exhale. So when I was in the appointment for the fitting, I explai...
