i have been using forma full face mask for the last 3 years. my complaints are the foam piece falls apart after a month, foam piece is not washable. top forehead piece recently broke after i just turned over in bed with no strain on it. the top straps come out often. the forehead pads leave marks on...

i use 3mg easy dissolve melatonin tablets. seems to work really good for me. can make me feel groogy the next day though. but alot less side effects than prescription meds.

i use neilmed sinus rinse. i use filtered tap water, one packet and 42 seconds in the microwave. that kills off any stuff in the water. works great

with the hose holder it makes it easier to turn over and move around in the bed. i also use a full mask

i have a hose holder and it does help. it does not tug on the hose. longer hose helps.

with a pressure of 15 that is high. try a lower setting like 10-12cm. any mask is designed to leak that is how the exhaled air get out. also you might want to check out the setting on your cpap. respironics m cpap has 3 different settings dealings with exhalation. easy, med, and hard to exhale is wh...

get yourself a longer cpap hose and a cpap hose holder. the hose holder helps keeping you from rolling over on the hose or having to wake up and make adjustments during the night.

i have been a cpap user for 2 years. currently using a fisher paykel forma full face mask. i am switching masks because i noticed the fisher paykel forma mask foam piece falls apart after only 1 month of use. anybody else think that this is a problem with possibly injesting the foam pieces. who else...
