Re: The Journey from CPAP to APAP to Auto BiPAP to Auto ASV

I started using a Resmed Vpap Adapt 36007 about 12 months ago, I had a terrible time getting use to it (Previously using VPAP Auto) It took me about a month before I was comfortable with it & WOW what a difference it made to my life, most days AHI's were less than 1.0 with quite a few days of 0.00 A...

Re: Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please

Yes, this is the Resmed Oximeter kit. Sleeplinks (a DME in Flowood, MS - 601-932-3744 contact person Crystal) got it for me. Re: Life expectancy of a cpap machine?

I just saw that my resmed has 6,000 plus hours on it (got it used). I have no idea how many hours are typical for a machine before it's considered old. I have a Resmed S7 AutoSet in the Cupboard with 20000 hours on it, still going strong, I had it in mind to keep as a backup but no longer need it, ...

Re: Have you ever bought from SecondWindCPAP.com

I am looking for a new machine and just recently became aware of secondwindcpap.com. While their prices are obviously good, I am unsure about buying a used machine. I would appreciate if anyone on this forum who has bought from secondwind can give me some advice. I'd like to know what your experinc...

Re: Resmed data capable machines ?

Depends on which model. The S8 Escape only provides hours of use. So nothing particularly useful. The S8 Elite, AutoSet and VPAPs do collect additional data and is available on the LCD screen.
