I too am into DoTerra Oils. And while it is not recommended to add the oils to the rubber area of the mask, I add it to the rubber nose part of the hose: it is also how I keep it clean. I slept with it last night: I love it, however It is a bit too tight on my face & makes marks on it. I was cleaning it this morning & the hook on the head gear broke off. So, it didn't last me very long. @ least I have the one I normally use to fall back on.

Thanks. I have yet to read it. I can't deny it, 'cause my husband & I both need this. I suppose the hardest part of this for me will be trying to sleep with something attached to my face & the process of changes I will have to go through. I've never cared for changes much. Yeah, but it will be GOOD...

Those graphs are great for showing SpO2. The 3 groups of low spikes are typical for low O2. The O2 rises slowly. The spike just after 7 am is most likely a movement related spike. Notice with real low O2, hear rate is low and drops but increase as O2 increases. That looks like a wake up event. The ...
