Did anyone ever find a fix for this. Mine is doing the same thing. This is my second one in 2 months both make a whistling noise on exhale after the ramp. This is literally driving me insane. Just when I start to get asleep, here comes the train... Not really helping my apnea if I can't get to sleep...
