In the setup menu, I put Auto on and Auto off : ON but the air flow does not start or stop automatically when I put the mask or remove it. Is there something else to be adjusted to activate this feature,

I have a fingertip pulse oximeter. It measures and displays the result instantly on its screen. I need a way to monitor oxygen saturation during sleep time.

How to measure oxygen saturation during apap therapy. Does the encore software measure it? if not, what software can do it?

Previous night, a noise coming out the mask woke me up after midnight. This noise comes when I take inhale as if there is weak air blowing so that the hose starts giving that sound (pum, pum). Is that because of some thing ( like water ) blocking the hose?

Dear all,
My AHI 31 for sleep study with large amount of central apnea. I am new to APAP machines. For the last few days with the APAP my AHI is about 11. The APAP pressure is set to Min=4 and Max=20. what pressure to adjust the machiine so that I get better therapy and lower My AHI.
