Re: OT: Cataract surgery questions
I had it done on both of my eyes, one at a time. It is absolutely nothing to be concerned about, he will not feel a thing and there is no pain involved after the surgery. After 6 weeks he will go to the eye doctor for eye exam for checkup if any prescription needed. I can see without any glasses pre...

Re: Quattro FX - what is the right fit?
zoocrewphoto When I was using the medium headgear, I would be pulling the straps as tight as I could, only to run out of room to attach the velcro. When I got the small headgear, I had to start with it at the very widest setting as it was a little snug, but I slept much better that night. After som...

Re: Quattro FX - what is the right fit?
As much as I liked the size and the light weight of the Quattro FX, it turned out to be a total disappointment for me. I tried to play with it day and night to eliminate the leaks but at higher than pressure 10-11 it is absolutely hopeless and the mask is useless, it leaks like hell so I gave up on...

Re: Sleepyhead - Keeps Saying No Data - am I a SH dummy?
The Sleepyhead software supports the PR System one, Resmed S9 series, and DeVilbiss Intellipap machines only. If you are using other machines it is probably not supported.

Re: How to interpret the Flow Rates
Sorry about that, I did not realize that I put it in one of the Psswd protected folder.
In the meantime I updated the link and it should not be Psswd protected now. Later on I will look into what Pugsy so kindly sent me.
Here is the new link again:

How to interpret the Flow Rates
I am pretty comfortable with most parameters and settings using my Resmed S9 Autoset with climate line, but looking at my charts/graphs in SleepyHead or Rescan 4.1 I have noticed when the Flow rate/range on the graph looks wider the pressure is going up on the machine. So my question is when the Flo...

Re: Central Apnea
Hi all, Just a quick question, how effective is the resMed S9 Auto at detecting central events? I ask as I still have the sensation of waking and being short of breath despite good AHI number and using CPAP for the entire night. I'm wondering if its just a matter stilling geting use to CPAP or if m...

Re: Changed machines, How Can I Start New Profile in SleepyHead?
Is there a way to start another Profile in Sleepyhead so I don't have to erase my old data? When I uploaded from my new machine it/I added it to the previous machines history. Thanks You just have to make a New Profile for the new machine. You can have profiles for each machine and when you open Sl...

Re: New to CPAP/OSA - skepticism, questions, observations
As far as I am concerned the CPAP machine is a Lifesaver for me. I have been taking blood pressure medications for many years and kept it under control. However it started almost a year ago that I kept waking up in the early morning hours, 2-3 AM with symptoms that I could not catch my breath, havin...

Re: For Sale (Withdrawn): DeVilbiss D54D-HH or D53D-HH
Since somebody already purchased my DV53D-HH CPAP machine since I dropped the price and I only wanted to sell one of them I will keep this one now. As I stated in my post I did not need the 2 DeVilbiss machines just one this is why I wanted to sell one of them. Since the CPAP was sold first I will k...
