another question
I had it all typed out then hard error summiting it, grrr now I gotta type it again. Someone sent me a ResMed S8 w/humidifier. I have no clue how to use this, how to set it, how to get the thing open to access to data card, how I can use it without using the humid. can anyone help?

Someone just sent me a ResMed S8 w/humidifier, I have NO idea how to work it, and I don't know how to set it . I also don't want to use the humid. I have no clue how to open the thing for the data card. Talk bout feeling like a blooming idiot

I'm sorry, I feel like a complete moron when I'm reading some of these posts. Just a couple of them are centrals,AHl or 1, lower numbers,upper numbers, etc.... I'm 56 yrs. OLD and I have used the CPAP for about 15 yrs. We, to my knowledge, do not have any sleep dr.s. We have a place to go for sleep ...

I'm wondering if any of you know the answer to my question. If I am adjusting my own machine how can I tell if it's too strong? Also, what can happen if you do have it set way too high? Thank-you in advance for your attention

I've used cpap for 15 yrs. my problem now is that I have no medical insurance,no recent sleep study and this morning my machine stopped working. I'm panicked because I can't sleep without it. Any help or suggestions would be welcomed. My machine of choice is an older one, HorizonLT
