I just got an airsense 11 auto and find it really annoying that in between breaths it feels like it's putting negative pressure (i.e. sucking instead of blowing); C ontinuos P ositive A irway P ressure machines *NEVER* create a negative pressure no matter what it may "feel" like. cpap.com (and I was able to google the clinical manual) gave me the way to get into the real settings on it, and they had the pressure set too low; I put it where it should be and actually turned EPR up and now it feels just like my Philips, except a lot quieter, smaller and lighter ;-)
