Re: Dreamstation 2 filters?
I've had problems find this too. I did finally get a few. Meanwhile, if the filters are discolored, wash them with soap and water. You should replace the disposable filter, but if you can't, then wash it. Thanks. I might just have to try washing the fine filter. It actually looks OK now. On my prev...

Re: Dreamstation 2 filters?
Some CPAP suppliers have been out of stock on the DS2 ultra-fine filters. I bought a bunch at.... https://www.bestcpapprice.com/OEM-disposable-ultra-fine-filters-for-the-Respironics-DreamStation-2-CPAP-_p_2838.html Thanks! I see I last ordered from them in 2013. I guess they'll get my filter order ...

Dreamstation 2 filters?
I've had my new Dreamstation 2 for about 2.5 weeks. It is time to think about filter replacement. I was just looking on cpap.com, and didn't see any filters for the DS2? The filters are different than the DS1. Am I missing something, or does CPAP.COM not carry replacement filters for the Dreamstatio...

Re: What has everybody affected by the recall done?
Option 5. I continued to use my machine. I never noticed any black flecks. My replacement DreamStation 2 just arrived today. I plan to try grab the latest stats from my DS1 and switch to the new machine tonight. Good timing, too, as I've got two trips coming up, and it'll be nice to have a smaller m...

How do you get around this issue: " OSCAR cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." Here is a link to the process to accept running an application (such as OSCAR) from an unidentifiable developer. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/open-a-mac-app-from-an-unidentified-develop...

Re: Sticky: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
Hello to all my CPAPTalk friends! I haven't been here much lately, as my therapy is working well, but popped into say I received this recall notice via UPS Letter yesterday. Surprised it has been almost two months since the first notices went out. Another 10 months and it'd be time for a new machin...

Re: Dreamstation vs. PR System One on battery?
You will need to get that special cord or just use the System One on your trip....assuming you still have the System One in your possession. Thanks Pugsy, Since I have to show my data to the FAA every year, it works best if I can use one machine throughout the year, so I'll buy the cable. Thanks fo...

Dreamstation vs. PR System One on battery?
Greetings All, I've got a camping trip next week. Last night I charged up my trusty battery that I've used in the past with my Philips Respironics System One. I plugged it into my new Philips Respironics Dreamstation, and received a message on the display to "Check Power." The manual states I have a...

Re: PR System One getting noisy (5 years old)
My original Pro 2 ( acquired in May 2005 ) developed a slight "wheeze" as the fan changed speeds on C-Flex exhale at about a year of use. That is a good description for what my machine is doing now. But for me, it's been over 5 years. I'm ready for a new machine. My only question now, is whether to...
