Also, even though it is a known benefit, it's really peripheral to the core reason for CPAP: No snoring to disturb my wife Oh yeah, this is one of the best side benefits! Not just my wife, but if I'm camping with friends, or, frankly, bothering people in adjoining hotel rooms when on business trips...

Believe it or not -- increased hair growth on the top of my mostly bald head. Not super thick, but there is hair there that wasn't there before CPAP.

Other positive benefits -- the airflow seems to keep my nasal passages more clear.
