Going through the same thing right now. I don't move at all at night and wake up with a sore back. Don't know if it's the bed or what, going to deal with it for another few weeks and see where I end up.

I have used a nose hose for about 5 weeks. I am doing my own fine tuning titration I wanted to flatten the flow limitations and reduce ahi to 0. Thanks all! Hopefully this goes away soon, but I'm in it for the long haul. A few weeks (months) of feeling tired and groggy has to be better than years of always being tired.

Started on CPAP on Friday, the weekend was OK, got about 6-7 hours each night and my AHI dropped from 19.8 (untreated) to under 1. Wasn't tired those days. That's what mine cost. I think the agreed upon rate between the Doc and the insurance company was around $2700.
I didn't have any of the problems you did, mine was in a brand new sleep clinic at one of the local hospitals and ran right on time.
