Re: Internet Radio - Best Sleep Music?

I listen to Dan Carlin's "Hardcore History" podcasts on my iPod. They're interesting enough to catch my attention and then I find myself nodding out in less than 5 minutes. The podcasts are free and available on iTunes for Windows and Mac. I have headphones (not ear buds) that go around the back of ...

My first month - Usage Report

My Res Med displays the following about my first 28 days:

Days > 4 hrs.: 28/28

Avg. Usage: 7.5 hrs

Run Hrs. 232

I'm thinking that's a good start for a first month?

Re: Scared!

I listen to my iPod as I'm falling asleep. I've downloaded a series of history podcasts, which although interesting, never fail to put me out.

There's a reason why parents read bedtime stories to get their kids to fall asleep!

Re: Tonight's my first night with a CPAP

Wow, what a supportive and inclusive group this is, very glad I found you all. My first night would have to be called an incredible success story. I know many don't have an easy start with this, but after taking approximately 15 minutes to fall asleep, I was out for six hours straight. Woke up, fed ...

Tonight's my first night with a CPAP

Unless one counts my second sleep study. I picked up my new ResMed today at THC of Nevada in Las Vegas, and I think I've got the mask adjusted right. After that sleep study I mentioned, the top of my nose was red and my ENT doctor was adamant that he doesn't want the mask to be too tight. My sleep s...
