Re: Hurricane Isaac... and xPAP
I went without electricity for 6 WEEKS after hurricane Hugo, and can understand your ordeal. Fortunately I was not on X pap at the time! You and the electric company have no control over when they can return power to you--they have to return power to their central lines first, then go down the line ...

EPAP info showing up on ReScan
I have been using ReScan APAP w a setting of 5--10 for 7 months, and occasionally it will show EPAP data. Why is it doing this, and what is it? I think it stands for Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure. I don't have EPR turned on.

Re: Best way to dry tubing after washing?
Seems to me, the bathroom/shower would be the worst places to dry tubing--? mildew/darkness good medium for growing things. I put mine over a coat tree rack to dry, out of direct sunlight.

No apnea, just hypopneas on study
I have had 2 split sleep studies in the past year (Nov. and May 2011)--both showed only hypopnea during the PSG portions of the studies, and no apnea until the CPAP portions of the studies. They both diagnosed me as severe sleep apnea. I had turbinate reduction done in Aug. and have lost 26 lbs. and...
