1) I took right to it too!!
2) The only thing I changed from the DME was going down to 5 mins ramp time(from 30).
3) I tried going to 12 cms from 11, but started to get too many centrals, so went back to 11cm.
4) Love my CPAP!!!

1) I have the same mask, except it's pink (lol).
2) I had the same issue and they sent my mask cusion right out and it is much much better.
3) Still some leaks but not massive ones, esp by my nose, like before.
