Re: Who do you wear it for?

For my daughter. She just turned two and not only do I want to be around for her, I also do it to set a good example for her.

Re: Holy Smokes!

This will be night 4 for me. I've only had one nap with it but also slept 4 hours! This morning my husband got up with our daughter and let me sleep. I slept 13 crazy hours! I've found that while I do wake up when rolling over or just to adjust my mask the sleep I do get is deep and heavy. My only c...

Re: Losing Pressure or Losing My Mind?

That makes total sense about sinuses on my side. I've been fighting allergies this month with the increased pollen (love Spring time!) I don't struggle just notice the difference. Re: Encouragement to those struggling - my positive experience

Great post!

I repeat a mantra in my head "Imagine how much better you'll feel once you've begun to experience good sleep every night." Or I fall asleep listing all the things I'll be able to do with my new found energy and my decreased pain.

Losing Pressure or Losing My Mind?

Tonight will be only my 3rd night on the CPAP. Night 1 I read on my Kindle during the ramp to adjust to the pressure as going straight to 14 felt suffocating that first night. I kept the mask on all night, but slept poorly and awoke hurting, tired and experienced poor cognitive skills throughout the...

Re: OT: Does anyone use ROKU streaming media device?

I've had a Roku streaming player since Dec 2008. It's very easy to use/set up. I've used that in combo with Netflix and have been perfectly happy without cable. I also rent movies sometimes from Amazon's app on there if I feel the need. I still only have the one Roku and it's held up great. (Even th...
