I've had my S9 for about 4 nights and I have the same problem - my wife actually thought it was a bird the first night. I'm at straight CPAP of 12 cm. I'm using the ramp feature and the squeak does not start until the machine is up to about the full 12. The sound is not soothing, it is very annoying...
