Thanks Pugsy , yes I do think I woke often and went back to sleep , I am not on any meds , here is last nights data please tell me what you think about my data and leak rate

I have been on cpap for 2 years now and my sleep head data is always below 1 at a setting of 11 now , I use nasal pillows and a respironics machine . I have been having bad nights with low numbers ! HYPOPNEA

As a newbie into my third week of cpap , I am learning to read the data , I seem to be having 6 to 10 hypopnea events a night ,Is this normal or do there need to be some adjusting in pressure ? I'm am currently set at 8 .

John thanks for your reply ! I will take in consideration all you have advised me. my last post sounded very up beat for a weeks worth of cpap , as of last night I went down hill ,feeling wiped out today , I know I had some nasal leakage a few times and I don't know why I did not tighten down a bit ...

As a new member of this society, I am glad to have found this sight ! I am on my first week of cpap,and feel better and have been able to drive my 82 mile round trip to work without wanting to pull over ! my first couple of days were not so bad , I wont say I slept all night , maybe 4 hours a night ...
