Re: Back into regular cpap usage, but not getting amazing sleep
Strange...Your data says your System One is set to 10/16, but it appears that you were fixed at 13 all night? That straight pressure line is questionable whether your machine is working. It doesn't respond to any of your events like an APAP should. Is it fixed on all of your days? nope, it shifts a...

Back into regular cpap usage, but not getting amazing sleep
I bought a new mask (Dreamwear nasal) and it made a ton of difference to my compliance, so I have been a regular nightly cpap user again. I seem to be getting an AHI where it should be (2.29 average over the past year) but am not getting great sleep - I feel like I need 10+ hrs and still don't feel ...

Re: OT: 4-reasons-running-best-weight-loss
There are those who would disagree that running is beneficial. Resistance training coupled with proper food, sleep and supplementation is another way to look at it.

Re: Any [other] AutoIQ/AutoCheck stories to share?
Where can I find this clinical/provider manual?
My auto-trial went for 7 days and I have not had great sleep since it set itself at 10.5 constant (I've been pulling the mask off middle of the night at times)

Re: Newbie, checking in
I'm feeling pretty good about it. I was first diagnosed with OSA 3-4 years ago, and at that time, I was not ready to deal with it. A couple months ago I had a bit of an epiphany and decided I had to get my health in order or die too young. I started eating right and lost 17 pounds the first month fr...

Newbie, checking in
I'm reading and trying to absorb it all, so bear with me (which already seems obvious that you do, from what I have already seen!) I am just a few days into my CPAP experience, and trying to figure out if this mask is right, or if there is anything better, while I am still within the 30 day window t...
