Sir: You are so right, if you can make it work, nasal pillows is the WTG with therapy! This Air P-10 is fabulous! Really nothing much to the mask and very easy to tolerate!

This is the past two weeks, started using the P-10 on the 5th.
My thinking too, is that it has to do with the venting.

Hi Napnea...I totally get where you are coming from, as I am also in my seventies. It will be harder for you to get used to because of your age and because if you are like me, dealing with numerous other maladies and chronic conditions....add sleep apnea to the mix and it is a huge slap in the face....

Try putting your hose behind you, up over your headboard if you have one, or getting a hose buddy. It sounds like the hose is pulling your nose pillow down over your upper lip
