I apologize 4 taking so long its been 2 weeks that my internet went off
Last night i was trying 2 sleep but i feel like my CPAP was suffocating me ,I get nervous and start 2 sweat
my ramp is at 9.5,please i need some advice I'm scared now of using my CPAP

i take Pugsy advice,but now i am in 9.5 for this 4 days 2nigth i gonna try 10,but i steel fel asleep in places and people make fun of me cause of my snoring

i am using a full face mask of silicon,i try 2 sleep last night with the new pressure but i get dizzy and getting headache it was horrible,I'm now scared of that pressure (12) i was on 9 of pressure for almost 4 years
