I am a side sleeper and so far have only used one mask - Fisher and Paykel Zest - it works fine. It can take a minute or two to get adjusted right, but overall I haven't had problems.

Sleep/Wake on Sleepyhead reports
I have looked all over and have not been able to find any information on how to read the sleep/wake times shown on the daily Sleepyhead reports. If I am reading them correctly I am not sleeping much at all.... if the report indicates 0:59 sleep and 06:45 wake I assume that means 59 minutes of sleep ...

Thanks...turning off the AFlex seems to have solved the problem. I'm pretty sure it was breathing noise. Appreciate the suggestion.

I am a relatively new CPAP user. I used a PR System One CPAP for 6 mos without anyone ever checking on how well it was working. Turned out with a pressure of 6cm all it did was turn my moderate apnea into mild apnea. Now I am using a PR System One Auto with AFlex (as of about 3 weeks ago). My 90pct ...
