I tried the basic strap that's supposed to cure snoring and even APNEA by itself along with my CPAP to try to stop mouth breathing. Seemed a bit helpful at first but pretty quickly streached to where it was useless.

Dunno about th eones designed for specific CPAPS.

I've found that when I have a "bad night", I fully wake up (sometime with sleep paralisis) and remember dreams.

That doesn't happen if I sleep mostly through and was infrequent before I was diagnosed.

My feeling is this seemed a bad thing.
